Refinance Loans

Thank you for visiting RefiLoans.com.  We aim to be a source of information and advice about mortgage refinancing.  From deciding whether or not to refianance, to choosing the terms that best meet your goals, to finding the best broker, bank, appraiser, etc., we hope to provide valuable information.

This Blog was started in December, 2008 during a period when mortgage rates were at a 30 year low.  Our goal at the beginning was to guide people who were looking to refinance at that time – given how busy banks and brokers were at that time, an informed customer was more likely to help guide the process and ensure that the closing happened on time.

We will continue to provide advice and information through busy and less busy times, as mortgage refinancing never stops, and can always be beneficial to some.  THe general topics to be covered will be:

  • When to refinance
  • What kinds of mortgages are available
  • What are the best mortgage refinance terms for each situation
  • How to choose a broker or bank
  • How to help guide the process so it is fast and smooth

When making decisions about your own personal finances, including mortgages and refinancing, you should always double check with your financial advisor and/or tax preparer.  There may be unique aspects of your situation that make the advice and guidance presented here not fit neatly for your personal situation.  While our advice is well researched, you should also look to other sources, especially those who know your own situation, before making any importnat financial decisions.
